Hi! Everyone!

This is Yukiko Morishita^^

‘The flower in August’of  this month is FUJIBAKAMA.

The name in English is Thoroughwort Flower.

FUJIBAKAMA is one of the chapters of ‘The Tale of Genji’.

FUJIBAKAMA in that story has an amazing episode as you may know.

That episode is secret on our blog♪

If you are interested in that episode, would you read the fifty-forth volume of ‘The Tale of Genji’?

That is really amazing!!

Thank you

A message from English teacher Chris J Kaye

Australia,

I’m an English instructor and Osaka is my home.

Since coming to Japan I have worked primarily as an English language instructor in a variety of situations – i.e. cram school, English conversation schools, high schools, colleges, teaching privately and at companies etc and I’ve had the pleasure to meet many interesting people along the way. I’ve also worked as a tour guide, a translator, an interpreter, an event planner and I currently work part time at a Japanese import company as a translator and general English consultant.

In my free time, apart from relaxing, I enjoy hiking (in the mountains and urban), body boarding, picnics and BBQs with friends, cycling, photography, watching live sports, easy cooking, reading and day tripping to discover new places.

I have had many exciting experiences in Japan and have met so many people and some of these people have become very good friends of mine. I’m very lucky!

I hope to have the chance to meet a lot more people, have fun together and create many more great memories.

I hope to meet you soon to enjoy English and cross cultural communication together!
